Cancellation Policy
At The Beauty Bar, we prioritize exceptional service, we kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations to ensure smooth operations. Non-emergency cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee charge. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of service fee. All guests require a card on file. As an appointment based business we appreciate your understanding and support of this policy. If you are unhappy with your service please let us know within 10 days.
Cut & Color Corrections
At The Beauty Bar at Geist, we take great pride in the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring you leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can address your concerns promptly.
Our first priority is to schedule you with your original stylist to provide a no-charge redo and resolve the issue. If you prefer to see a senior stylist instead, we are happy to offer this option. However, please note that the price of the service may be adjusted to reflect the advanced skill and expertise of our senior-level talent. If you have questions about this policy or need assistance, our team is here to help.
If your hair has been altered by another salon or by yourself after your visit, our redo policy will no longer apply, and you will be responsible for the full cost of any future services.

Product Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is accompanied by the original receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be at least 80% full, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. The product must also be at least 80% full and in resalable condition to qualify for an exchange.
Children Policy
We LOVE family and children but, our space is not child-proof. To ensure a safe, relaxing environment and the highest quality of service for all our guests, we kindly request that children who are not receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult other than the one receiving a service. Please note children must not run around or be left unsupervised in our space. This policy is in place for safety and insurance purpose and helping us maintain a tranquil atmosphere and allowing our staff to focus on providing exceptional care to each client. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to reschedule your service in order to maintain the safety of your child. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Children's Services
All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for consultations and service quotes. This ensures that parents or guardians are fully informed about the services being requested, their associated costs, and any additional considerations before proceeding.
Tardiness
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to provide your service, and a cancellation fee may be applied.
